Terms & Conditions

As a participant, or parent/guardian thereof, at IN10SITY Basketball Development Program, I agree as follows:

1. I will comply with all rules and directions provided by IN10SITY Basketball and their employees including, but not limited to:

​

a)    Adhering to on-court basketball instruction; and

b)    Complying with all predisposed participation requirements; and

c)  Upholding respectful conduct and behavior at all practices with coaches, players, referees, and spectators.

2.  I understand, acknowledge and agree that:

a)  I will exercise due care while participating in activities;

b) Activities may result in serious injury, and my participation in the activities and my use of any equipment related to those activities involves inherent risks that may occur;

c) The activities require physical fitness, skill and mental alertness;

d) I participate in the activities solely at my own risk;

e) I give permission for emergency medical treatment of my child for illness or accident, if I cannot be contacted;

f) I give full consent to publish all photographs, motion pictures and/or videos for any and all IN10SITY Basketball related exhibitions, public displays, publications and/or advertising purposes, without limitation or reservation

g)  No compensation will be paid for any of the aforementioned.

h)  Any voluntarily unused services will not be credited or refunded.

3.  I understand that IN10SITY Basketball Development Program has strict prohibition and zero tolerance for use and/or abuse of illegal drugs, alcohol, prescribed medication, chemical substances or the like, resulting in public intoxication or influence of said substance during any and all IN10SITY Basketball activities.

4. I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IN10SITY Basketball Development Program, along with its directors, officers, employees, and agents, from any and all third-party claims, liabilities, damages of any kind, whether known or unknown, as well as any related costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising from or in any way connected to my participation in the activities.

5. I release and hold harmless IN10SITY Basketball and its respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from all liabilities arising from my participation in these activities, including, but not limited to, any claims, actions, demands, or losses for bodily injury, death, and property damage that I may have now or in the future (including those arising from any negligent act or failure to act by the IN10SITY Basketball Development Program.
